Quantum Teams, LLC
Quantum Teams is a San Francisco based firm that provides cutting edge diagnostic and systems coaching services to enhance leadership team effectiveness. In 2003 Kathy Olberts and Charles Zook were partners in a research think tank where they developed the Quantum Teams approach for enhancing team effectiveness. Their innovative work draws from thought leaders in various disciplines, including Quantum Physics, Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Team Theory and Corporate Systems Coaching. Leveraging extensive corporate and team experience, Kathy and Charles formed Quantum Teams.
Co-Founder Kathy Olberts is a certified professional coach (CPCC), facilitator and trainer specializing in organizational relationship coaching with teams and executives. She brings over 20 years of large corporate experience leading teams as a marketing and business development director in diverse industries including biotechnology, consumer products and services.
Co-Founder Charles Zook is a certified professional coach (CPCC) with an emphasis in Relationship Systems Coaching since he began coaching in the late 80’s. He has management background in I.T. Operations within the banking industry as well as entrepreneurial experience in real estate development.
Both Kathy and Charles received their coach training and certification through the Coaches Training Institute and advanced systems coaching training from the Center for Right Relationship. Both have MBA degrees, awarded Magna and Summa Cum Laude.
