Quantum Teams, LLC provides a range of Assessments and Coaching Services solely focused on increasing team effectiveness. Team and Individual Coaching are led by Quantum Teams’ certified professional coaches with expertise in corporate systems coaching. Services are provided in person or via teleconference.
Team Assessments
Quantum Teams offers two team assessment products — the Team Effectiveness Profile© and the Team Effectiveness Comprehensive© — that efficiently and accurately identify a team’s current strengths and weaknesses. Quantum Teams created these diagnostic tools from researching best practices of highly effective teams. The assessments’ unique approach measures the effectiveness of the team as a unit, without singling out individuals or the team leader.
- The Team Effectiveness Profile© is a powerful starting point for assessing a team. Each team member fills out a confidential 21 item questionnaire assessing their team’s Positivity, Productivity and Team Intelligence. The results are provided to the team in a lively results presentation and discussion session. The discussion lays a foundation for establishing team key priorities for the team.
- The quantitative Team Effectiveness Comprehensive©, as its name implies, provides a more comprehensive assessment of a team. Each team member fills out a detailed, confidential 100 item questionnaire assessing the team’s Positivity, Productivity and Team Intelligence. Additionally, the Comprehensive© provides an opportunity for in-depth analysis through a series of open-ended questions. The results are provided to the team in a lively results presentation and discussion session.
Team Coaching
Following the Team Effectiveness Profile© or the Comprehensive©, teams can participate in on-going Team Coaching Sessions tailored to selected aspects of Positivity, Productivity and Team Intelligence, using their assessment results to guide the scope. The coaching sessions, which are typically one hour in length, are co-led by two certified professional coaches with business systems expertise.
Executive Coaching
Team members can receive Individual Executive Coaching to enhance their effectiveness overall and with the team, at the team leader’s discretion. Coaching sessions are 45 minutes, on the phone.
